Refund Eligibility
Merchandise
  • Returns Within Reasonable Time: Merchandise can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. 
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Used or Damaged Items: Merchandise that has been used, worn, or damaged after purchase is not eligible for a refund.
Tickets and Event Bookings
  • Non-Refundable: Tickets to TeePhlow’s events and performances are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: In the event of a rescheduled performance, tickets will be valid for the new date. If the new date is not acceptable to the ticket holder, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Membership Subscriptions
  • Monthly and Annual Subscriptions: Membership subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. 
    • Partial Refunds: No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription period.
  • Trial Periods: If a trial period is offered, cancellations made during this period may be eligible for a full refund.
Custom Orders
  • Custom Merchandise and Content: Custom orders, including personalized merchandise and exclusive content, are non-refundable due to their unique and tailored nature.

Cancellation Policy for Bookings

Performance Bookings
  • Advance Notice: Cancellations of performance bookings must be made in writing. 
    • More than 60 Days Notice: If cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the event date, a refund of 50% of the outstanding amount may be issued.
    • 30-60 Days Notice: Cancellations made within 30-60 days of the event date will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
    • Less than 30 Days Notice: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable.
Refund Process
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. 
    • Timeframe: Valid refunds will be returned to the customer within a two-week period from the date of notification.
  • Documentation: All refund requests must be accompanied by relevant documentation, such as proof of purchase and a detailed explanation for the refund request.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
  • Force Majeure: In the event of a force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control), refunds may be issued at the discretion of TeePhlow.
  • Defective Items: If merchandise is received in a defective condition, a full refund or replacement may be offered upon return of the defective item.
